We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a one-year guarantee for your peace of mind. However, if you require any spare parts, please note that you will need to bear the shipping costs. To assist with this, we normally include 1% extra crystal balls for your convenience. If any part of your chandelier is broken upon receipt, please inform us and provide a clear picture so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you require assistance with installation, please refer to our instruction sheet. Regarding price, please note that our price includes both the product cost and freight charge to your country ( orders $300 and over ). However, customers will be responsible for paying any local tax and duty charges upon receipt of the product.

For shipment, we typically offer free shipping via DHL or FedEx to most countries, with delivery times ranging from 3-4 weeks depending on the product. However, for South American countries and Russia, the freight charges may be higher and will depend on your specific order.
