What if my product arrives damaged or missing some parts?
Marie Antonette stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
As per our store policy we do require that claims are reported within (3) days of delivery. If you need to store your items for an extended period of time, such as during construction or renovation, please be sure to inspect the product before moving them into storage as the (3) day claims window will still apply. As more time passes, we are no longer able to determine the cause of any damages. We require all items be signed for at the point of delivery precisely to accommodate the inspection of these items, but we understand sometimes concealed damage is not always obvious upon receipt.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all items with the exception of custom lighting, wallpaper, and art, items must be in new condition, especially for our LIGHTING PRODUCTS
IT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING.
Due to the difficulty of packaging and shipping of Lighting and other products, Marie Antonette will charge a 35% restocking fee for returning items.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake ( for example, wrong item was received)
We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.

All custom, art, yardage, or sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
In-stock items normally ship within 5-20 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.
The following are final sale, and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: wallpaper, fabric, accessories, art, custom orders, & sale items
We allow for returns on Lighting, subject to a 35% restocking fee. Lighting must be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Installed, customized, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Also note that we are not responsible for any custom or tariff fees for your purchase, we will do the best that we can to assist you about the process to avoid and delays at customs.

Packing Your Return
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a completed return form.
Return or Exchange Instructions:
You can send the merchandise back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give you a return order form and instructions.
Print the final page and include it in your return box or use the printed “Return or Exchange” form included in your original package.
We recommend shipping your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
